eCCLIX

eCCLIX©, the web-enabled version of CCLIX© and CCLIX-OptIMA©, debuted in November, 1997. The Oldham county clerk's office was the second site of its kind in the United States to provide access to document images of public records on the internet. Soon afterwards, both the Warren and Boone county clerk's offices also began offering access to all public records utilizing this system. Today, SMLLC manages and offers access to eight county clerk offices. Check back soon for the new eCCLIX web demo.

The complete accounting and forms management systems were designed to provide full integration with Kentucky's AVIS (Automated Vehicle Information System) and were installed in the early 1990s. First again in Kentucky, this full-office accounting solution which incorporates all facets of county clerk office operation from budgeting to final reporting, was integrated with CCLIX© to eliminate redundant entry of data, streamline document filing, and secure the audit trail from the point-of-sale. On-line audit capability was also provided to the Kentucky state auditor's office, thereby eliminating much of the costly travel and onsite time previously required to perform the audit of accounts in the clerk's offices. These systems are now operational in more than forty (40) locations statewide.
